About His Men Ministries.

We are a Christ-centered discipleship ministry helping men walk in redemption, restoration, and faithful leadership.

His Men Ministries exists for men who desire more than religious words. The ministry helps men know their identity in Christ, face the battles that shape their lives, build healthy spiritual discipline, surrender what must be released, and live with visible fruit.

Our Mission: Helping men become His men.

His Men Ministries helps men yield their minds and lives to the Holy Spirit so they can walk closely with Jesus and reflect Him in their homes, workplaces, churches, communities, and relationships.

The ministry brings hope to men who think they are beyond repair and reminds them through the Gospel that they are not.

Our Vision: Men transformed by Christ, then sent to strengthen others.

We desire to see men become steady followers of Jesus who live as sons of the Father, brothers in the faith, husbands who love sacrificially, fathers who lead with humility, workers who serve with excellence, and witnesses who proclaim Christ through word and action.

Our Story: Built on redemptive stories, not perfect ones

His Men Ministries was born from the conviction that God restores broken places. The ministry carries a burden for men whose lives have been marked by pain, failure, hidden struggle, wounded relationships, or spiritual confusion.

The message is not that men must clean themselves up before coming to Christ. The message is that Jesus saves, the Spirit renews, and brothers help one another walk forward in truth.

The ministry uses The Yielded Mind as its foundational framework because the message is clear: transformation flows from the Spirit’s work as we yield.

Our Founder: Eric S. Hayes

Eric S. Hayes is an ordained minister, licensed chaplain, adjunct professor, author, and founder of His Men Ministries. His background spans ministry leadership, discipleship, career and athletic coaching, and more than two decades of professional leadership experience.

Eric’s passion is helping men step out of hiding, lay down striving, and walk closely with Christ in truth, freedom, and purpose.
