The VISION of His Men Ministries is to radically change and enhance a multitude of men's lives, families, communities, and careers through the transformation of men into “His Men,” predestined by God as adopted, blameless, blessed, chosen, enlightened, forgiven, holy, loved, mighty, redeemed, righteous, and sealed by the blood and finished work of Jesus Christ, His death, burial, resurrection, and ascension into heaven, where He sits today at the right hand of the Father, interceding on the behalf of all those under His Authority and Lordship that call upon His precious and perfect name.
Our longing is to also be the premier Workplace Discipleship solution in the Triad region of North Carolina, helping Christian business leaders and their employees integrate faith into every aspect of their work life. Through personalized chaplaincy and discipleship training, we aim to create thriving, biblically-grounded workplaces where employees are spiritually nurtured, leadership is elevated, and the Kingdom of God is advanced.
The MISSION of His Men Ministries and its Founder, Eric Hayes, is to be your modern-day Barnabas:
Ultimately, His Men Ministries desires to be a dependable and consistent encourager and teacher of God’s Word and Truth, as well as to be a “Fisher of Men” (Mark 1:17; Matthew 4:19) through various methods, including Gospel-centered career and leadership training and discipleship, workplace discipleship and chaplaincy services, daily scripture lessons, disaster relief missions, domestic missions, feeding the hungry and homeless, men's retreats, on-demand prayer, one-on-one discipleship, the sharing of testimonies, and weekly in-person teachings.
Eric's personal mission statement is to co-create a world of constant love and charity for one another (1 Peter 4:8; 1 Corinthians 13:4-8) through encouraging and coaching all God's children to intentionally seek authentic salvation, growth, and change through prayer, through the Truth of God's Word, and through the teaching of God's Son and our Savior, Jesus Christ, in order that we all produce and share the fruits of the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23) and experience the peace of God that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7).
Eric is married to Stacy and they have seven children and one granddaughter, all of whom live in North Carolina.
Eric's confession of faith is deeply rooted in the historical precedent of the Southern Baptist Church, which can be found by clicking here.
