VISION AND MISSION

The VISION of His Men Ministries is to radically change and enhance a multitude of men's lives, families, communities, and careers through the transformation of men into “His Men,” predestined by God as adopted, blameless, blessed, chosen, enlightened, forgiven, holy, justified, predestined, redeemed, righteous, and sealed by the blood and finished work of Jesus Christ, His death, burial, resurrection, and ascension into heaven, where He sits today at the right hand of the Father, interceding on the behalf of all those under His Authority and Lordship that call upon His precious and perfect name. 

Our founder, Eric Hayes, understands every man carries a story—often marked by pain, brokenness, and hard-fought healing. This ministry is built for men who long to be shaped not by perfection, but by perseverance through trials. The marks we bear are not shameful—they are sacred. They remind us of what God has redeemed.
